Pregnancy Support
I’m here for you throughout your pregnancy whenever you need it. Questions at 9pm? Processing a decision? Just need to talk something out? I’m your person—you don’t have to carry it all on your own.

Referrals You Can Trust
If anything comes up along the way, I can connect you with trusted providers and resources so you feel supported from every angle.

In-Home Prenatal Visits
30–32 Weeks: We’ll spend a few hours together talking through your birth preferences, exploring your options, and helping you feel informed, prepared, and confident going into labor.
Around 36 Weeks: A slower, more nurturing visit—think herbal foot soak, gentle massage, and space to release any fears or lingering “what ifs” as you get close to meeting your baby.

On-Call for Your Birth
Starting at 37 weeks, I’m on call for you 24/7—ready to come whenever labor begins. From early labor through your baby’s arrival, I’m right there with you.

Postpartum Visit
After your baby is here, we’ll meet once more to talk through your birth story, check in on feeding and recovery, and make sure you feel supported as you settle into this new season (because those early days matter, too).

Birth Preference Session

Perfect for families who don’t feel they need full doula support, but still want guidance, clarity, and a space to talk through their options.

Rate: $300

Pre-Visit Questionnaire
Before we meet, you’ll fill out a thoughtful questionnaire so I can get a clear picture of your vision, preferences, and any questions or concerns you’re bringing into this space.

Two-Hour “Coffee Date”
We’ll meet for a laid-back but intentional conversation (coffee in hand, if that’s your thing ☕️). We’ll talk through your options, walk through different scenarios, and help you feel informed and confident about your choices.

Your Birth Preferences Sheet
After our time together, I’ll create a simple, one-page birth preferences sheet that reflects your values and priorities—something you can easily share with your care team.

Ongoing Support
Have questions after we meet? Need a recommendation? I’m available via text for follow-up support and referrals as you continue preparing for your birth.
