I’m here for you throughout your pregnancy whenever you need it. Questions at 9pm? Processing a decision? Just need to talk something out? I’m your person—you don’t have to carry it all on your own.

In-Home Prenatal Visits
• 30–32 Weeks: We’ll spend a few hours together talking through your birth preferences, exploring your options, and helping you feel informed, prepared, and confident going into labor.
• Around 36 Weeks: A slower, more nurturing visit—think herbal foot soak, gentle massage, and space to release any fears or lingering “what ifs” as you get close to meeting your baby.

On-Call for Your Birth
Starting at 37 weeks, I’m on call for you 24/7—ready to come whenever labor begins. From early labor through your baby’s arrival, I’m right there with you.

Postpartum Visit
After your baby is here, we’ll meet once more to talk through your birth story, check in on feeding and recovery, and make sure you feel supported as you settle into this new season (because those early days matter, too).

In-home childbirth education

I am a Certified Growing Your Nest (GYN) Childbirth Instructor. GYN was founded by Kimberly Williams, a Labor & Delivery RN with over 20 years of experience. Kimberly has combined her experience from working directly in the hospital, and now also in the home birth setting as a doula, to create an in-depth curriculum for all parents in all birth settings.

Birth Bundle Course (Birth, Postpartum, and Newborn Care)

Rate: $350
Perfect for first time parents! This 5 hour in home class is tailored to meet your needs based on birth location, preferences, and needs. We will get into the nitty gritty of stages of labor, coping techniques, common interventions, the real unfiltered version of what to expect for postpartum, and the foundations of how to care for your newborn.

Childbirth Course
Rate: $250

Maybe this isn’t your first baby, but it’s your first unmedicated birth or you’re planning a VBAC! This 3 hour class covers everything included in the birth bundle minus postpartum and newborn care.
